1945 HALFPENNY ( AUNC )

A scarce post-war British halfpenny in almost uncirculated condition. This 1945 copper coin represents the final year of George VI's wartime coinage, struck during the transition from conflict to peace. The reverse displays the traditional wren design, whilst the obverse bears the King's profile.
