1928 HALFPENNY ( UNC )

A scarce date in the George V halfpenny series, this 1928 example presents in uncirculated condition with sharp striking and original lustre. The reverse displays the distinctive wren design by E.C. Watts, whilst the obverse bears Mackennal's refined portrait. An excellent specimen for the serious collector seeking key-date British copper coinage from the interwar period.
