1944 HALFPENNY ( EF )

A scarce British halfpenny from 1944, graded in Extremely Fine condition. This copper coin represents a key date from the final year of World War II production. The obverse displays King George VI in left-facing profile, while the reverse features the iconic britannia seated with trident and shield. Well-preserved with minimal wear, sharp detail throughout, and original lustre remaining. An excellent addition to any British decimal or pre-decimal collection. Historically significant and increasingly difficult to source in this superior grade.
