1723 MAUNDY THREEPENCE ( GVF )

A rare and historic Maundy threepence from 1723, graded in Good Very Fine (GVF) condition. This small silver coin represents an important piece of British numismatic history, traditionally distributed by the monarch on Maundy Thursday. The 1723 issue is a desirable addition to any collection of early 18th-century British coinage, with well-preserved detail and distinctive period characteristics. An excellent example of Georgian-era currency craftsmanship.
